International Peace and Security

The UNCESDA is an International Sovereign Body under the aiges of the International Organization for Educational Development - IOED. It is an International Socio-economic Development Organization aimed at the development through education.

Now-a-days many international or regional organizations are involved in peacemaking, peace-enforcing and peacekeeping activities: United Nations, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, African Union, European Union, etc.

In fact, they send multinational forces to the various conflict areas. While the expression ‘collective security’ does not occur in the United Nations Charter, it is often used to refer to the system for the maintenance of international peace and security under the UN Charter and the corresponding provisions of regional organizations.

According to the UN Charter the United Nations have the primary responsilibility ‘to maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace…’ (Art. 1 (1) UN Charter).

If it determines, in accordance with Art. 39 UN Charter, the existence of a threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression, the UN Security Council may make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken by members of the UN to maintain or restore international peace and security.

The UNCESDA support UN Programs and committed to establish Peace and Security all over the World through our means and methods.

The International Police Commission work in association of and for all Army, Paramilitary groups and Police on International, National and Local level.

We are thankful to our all member UN Nations for assigned this project to us and we shall do our best to achieve the targets as much as we can earliest possible.
